What you will do

• Create, improve, and experiment with Live Ops features (events, offers, push notifications).
• Develop and maintain the project's Live Ops strategy and participate in the creation and updating of the project's monetization strategy.
• Create a Live Ops calendar that drives the project's growth.
• Analyze the project’s metrics and develop hypotheses to maximize project metrics.

Requirements

• Gaming industry experience (at least 2 years).
• Live Ops experience (at least 2 years).
• Leadership qualities, ability to motivate the team.
• Knowledge of project metrics and ability to analyze them.
• Good knowledge of the F2P gaming market and current gaming trends.
• English proficiency: Intermediate (B1) or above, oral and written.

Nice to have

• Game design experience.
• Experience of working with match3 or hidden object games.
• Good logical reasoning.
• Ability to express your thoughts clearly in writing and convey them to employees.
