Data Quality Analyst

What you will do

• Create detailed test cases that match business requirements to ensure data quality.
• Perform data quality checking for ad-hoc data extractions.
• Perform data testing of outputs made by data analysts using SQL.
• Communicate with Data Analysts and Project Management Officers to gather and analyze requirements.
• Support data analysts in peer reviewing data output before User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Maintain QA documentation and artifacts for future testing purposes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years related experience (3-7 years experience mentioned).
• Experience in Quality Assurance (QA testing, terminologies, methodologies, concepts).
• Experience working with SQL required.
• Experience in Google Data Studio, Google Sheets, and Excel required.
• Ability to test in a timely manner that meets SLA.

Nice to have

• Experience in Google BigQuery, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, DaaS.
• Experience in Hadoop or Big Data technologies.
• Experience in JIRA and Confluence.
