Location: This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.
Salary: $11,155 – $14,618 per month + Equity

What you will do
- Efficiently manage and organize calendars for multiple leaders, ensuring an optimal schedule.
- Coordinate internal meetings, including scheduling, forecasting, and resolving conflicts.
- Plan and organize comprehensive travel itineraries for leaders.
- Assist in the planning and execution of team offsites, all-hands, and happy hours.
- Process and manage expense reports, ensuring timely submission and adherence to company policies.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of administrative experience.
- Experience working directly with technical teams (Engineering, Product, Design, Data Science, TPM) in a high-growth startup or similar environment.
- Proven track record of scheduling complex and urgent internal and external meetings and quickly resolving conflicts.
- Experience in managing travel arrangements, including flight/transportation, lodging, and entertainment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Slack, Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, and other modern productivity technology.
- Capable and comfortable working in a rapidly changing and often ambiguous environment.
