What you will do
- Define data strategy and KPIs, ensuring data initiatives directly support business objectives.
- Lead and develop a team of Data Analysts, balancing resources efficiently.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of localized data products, maintaining data quality.
- Identify and automate manual workflows to improve team efficiency and data reliability.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact, translating complex data requirements into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with central Data teams to align local data models with global architecture.
Requirements
- Academic background in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- Previous experience in people management, working with large datasets, product management, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Metabase, Looker).
- Proven expertise in SQL and Python for developing data models and analysis.
- English: Fluent/Advanced required for global collaboration.
- Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously, acting as a Product Manager for the team.
- Must be based in Brazil.
