What you will do

• Participate in designing technical solutions for referral products.
• Develop and maintain backend code for production services.
• Write unit tests to ensure code quality.
• Deploy services to production and provide operational support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Go (Golang), with experience building and maintaining production services.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka (producers/consumers, partitioning, consumer groups).
• Experience developing and maintaining gRPC-based services.
• Experience designing and working with microservice architectures.
• Solid knowledge of design patterns and clean code principles.
• Experience with Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring and observability.
