What you will do

• Deliver product changes for new regulated market launches, collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Operations, Design, and Engineering.
• Support the delivery of KYC flows, verification systems, and compliance-related product features across multiple markets.
• Contribute to and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with regulatory requirements and business priorities.
• Translate regulatory requirements into well-defined product requirements, working closely with Legal & Compliance and Responsible Gambling teams.
• Prioritize work in collaboration with stakeholders, balancing regulatory timelines, operational needs, and user experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience.
• Experience shipping high-quality products in regulated or compliance-heavy environments such as financial services, banking, or gaming.
• Understanding of KYC/AML processes and identity verification.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into user-focused engineering outcomes.
• Comfortable managing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience working and integrating with third-party vendors, and documenting relevant processes.
