What you will do
- Serve as the primary technical expert on the hirify.global Platform and a trusted advisor to customers at all levels.
- Drive customer adoption through effective onboarding, training, and customized use cases aligned with their business outcomes.
- Proactively ensure customers realize full value and maximize ROI by driving sustained platform adoption and engagement.
- Identify and resolve technical obstacles, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
- Advocate for customer feedback and actively influence hirify.global's product roadmap and development.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and document best practices internally and externally.
Requirements
- 12 years of experience with strong project management skills.
- Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages (e.g., Python), and hands-on experience with cloud environments.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with data technologies and cloud technologies, including databases, cloud infrastructure, and IAM.
- Demonstrated expertise in DLP, Data Privacy/Protection, DSPM/CSPM, SIEM, or vulnerability management.
- Prior experience working in a technical customer-facing role within a software company.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer relations, and communication skills, capable of conveying complex information effectively.
- Ability to work autonomously, tackle intricate challenges, and lead executive meetings and technical workshops.
