Location: Multiple Locations in India. Starting January 26, 2026, employees within a 25-mile commute of a non-U.S., country-specific Microsoft office are expected to work from the office at least four days per week.

What you will do

• Define and prioritize product requirements and user stories for AI suggestion experiences and growth initiatives.
• Drive growth strategies by expanding suggestions adoption and increasing user engagement across Microsoft products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data science, research) to deliver high-quality products.
• Analyze product performance, growth metrics, user behavior, and define new metrics for effectiveness.
• Ideate and design innovative, rich, and personalized user experiences with intelligent suggestions.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development, OR equivalent experience.
• Solid UX intuition and deep customer empathy with proven experience in consumer products and user research.
• Solid analytical skills and ability to use data to drive product decisions and measure impact.
• Understanding of modern AI technologies and their practical applications in user-facing experiences.
• Customer-obsessed mindset and passion for creating intuitive, delightful user experiences.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
