Location: Remote (APAC & Europe preferred)

Salary: $120,000–$150,000

What you will do

• Onboard services to production, including POCs for blockchain networks/dApps, infrastructure sizing, performance benchmarking, and CDN/DNS/security setup.
• Ensure high uptime through monitoring, alerting, disaster recovery, and incident response (on-call rotation).
• Operate scalable Kubernetes clusters and platform services, including Bitcoin, Cosmos SDK, ETH, and ZK infrastructure, and databases (Redis, MongoDB, MariaDB).
• Collaborate with teams to fix bugs and promote production-ready practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in CS, CE, or related field.
• 2+ years in production-grade Ethereum, Bitcoin, or ZK systems (Cosmos SDK a plus).
• 2+ years managing containerised web apps on Kubernetes.
• Experience with AWS (preferred), Terraform, Helm, FluxCD/GitHub Actions.
• Linux management & scripting skills.
• Observability tooling experience (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Sentry).
• Strong incident response and prioritization skills.
• Fluent in English.
