Salary: $152,405–$179,300 USD

What you will do

• Design and implement new trading products and features.
• Extend and scale the low-latency platform for trading.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and senior leadership.
• Improve developer efficiency, engineering excellence, and operational excellence.
• Provide support to operations and other engineering teams.
• Mentor team members and help uplift technical skills across the team.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Experience designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services.
• Knowledge of how to compose a service-oriented architecture.
• Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code.
• Passion for building an open financial system that brings the world together.

Nice to have

• Experience with Golang, Postgres, Kafka, Protobuf, Ruby, and React.
• Experience building financial, high reliability, or security systems.
