Salary: $114,500 – $152,500 USD

• Participate in innovation, technical direction, and roadmap collaboration for vulnerability management products.
• Promote clear and simple software designs, driving towards better practices and solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams across the organization, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Introduce new ideas and approaches, challenging the status quo to deliver value to customers.
• Develop innovative ways to solve customer problems for hirify.global.sc, focusing on cloud scalability.
• Take accountability for software behavior in production environments.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of enterprise application development experience.
• 3+ years of experience with modern programming languages such as Golang or Java.
• Experience with Relational Database Management Systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL): schema design, query optimization.
• Experience designing, deploying, and managing applications in cloud environments using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a distributed Agile team, and to lead projects.
• Application development experience on Unix/Linux.
• Experience designing and developing Restful API’s.

Nice to have

• Experience with Linux operating systems, particularly Red Hat variants.
• Experience with network security systems.
• Understanding of distributed cloud architecture patterns and service-based architecture.

• Experience with PHP or other scripting languages.
