What you will do

• Lead technical presentations and discussions to explain hirify.global's products and services to customers.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide deep technical sales support.
• Architect high-scale solutions for customers, addressing equipment and system requirements.
• Research, develop, and identify product modifications to meet customer technical needs.
• Collect and evaluate client feedback to inform sales, marketing, and product development strategies.
• Enable customers and partners through meetups, training sessions, and hackathons.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, especially with C-Level and Developers.
• Expertise in Linux environments and various database types (NoSQL, Relational, Distributed, MPP).
• Proficiency with Hadoop ecosystem components (Spark, HBase, HDFS, Hive, Impala).
• Strong coding skills in at least one language: Java, C/C++, Python, or Go.
• Independent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for mission-critical applications.
• Must be based in Israel.

Nice to have

• Experience with databases like hirify.global, Yugabyte, MongoDB, or Cassandra.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft, Google) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of compute infrastructure (Networking, CPUs, SSDs, Memory).
• Previous experience working for a small to medium business.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
