What you will do
- Provide strategic direction for QA operations, aligning quality initiatives with wider business objectives.
- Lead the engineering of a comprehensive test automation framework to support continuous integration and delivery.
- Implement and refine QA processes to optimise testing practices and minimise defects.
- Manage and maintain QA tooling, ensuring effectiveness and alignment with organisational needs.
- Work seamlessly with Product, Delivery and Engineering teams to ensure impactful software deliveries.
- Lead team management including recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation.
