What you will do

• Define and execute the infrastructure strategy to improve reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a team of 6-8 engineers, driving hiring and building a strong engineering culture.
• Improve incident management, including on-call processes, postmortems, and SLO/SLI definition.
• Evolve CI/CD pipelines and standardize infrastructure using Terraform and Terragrunt.
• Drive key projects including Kubernetes migration to AWS EKS and PostgreSQL optimization.
• Implement cross-region failover and traffic switching strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading DevOps/SRE teams of at least 5 engineers.
• Strong hands-on background in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and automation.
• Proven ability to build and scale infrastructure in high-load production environments.
• Solid understanding of reliability engineering and incident management.
• Experience with cost optimization and infrastructure efficiency.
• English proficiency at B2+ level.
