Business Analyst (AI): Brings clarity, structure, and momentum to GenAI and analytics solutions by engaging users to identify friction and translating insights into requirements and backlog items. Focus on backlog management, scrum facilitation, driving adoption, and ensuring solutions land smoothly across the bank.

Location: Utrecht (hybrid; ~1x per week onsite). You must be located in the Netherlands and have the legal right to work here. We are unable to consider candidates who require relocation from abroad.

Salary: €4,931–€7,043 gross monthly for a 36-hour work week.

What you will do

• Connect with users, collect feedback, observe workflows, and identify pain points.
• Translate insights into requirements, feature requests, and improvement ideas.
• Support the Product Manager with backlog management and prioritization.
• Write clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate scrum events (planning, refinement, review).
• Develop onboarding journeys and training materials, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adoption.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with users and stakeholders.
• Experience translating user feedback and product vision into actionable requirements.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and confidence facilitating team rituals.
• Ability to bring clarity, structure, and prioritization in a dynamic environment.
• Enjoys close collaboration with Product Managers, engineers, and users.
• Comfortable giving demos, onboarding users, and creating supporting materials.

Nice to have

• Experience in analytics, AI, or technically complex product environments.
• Background in user research, product discovery, or UX.
• Experience working closely with engineering squads.
• Ability to create lightweight documentation, tutorials, or internal product materials.
