What you will do

• Work on the transition from legacy systems to a single international group platform.
• Elicit, document, and refine functional and non-functional requirements.
• Manage end-to-end requirement traceability and change control.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by advising on requirement evolution.
• Deliver high-quality artifacts such as PRDs, epics, user stories, and process models.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a complex software delivery environment.
• Strong capability in writing clear, consistent, testable, and traceable requirements.
• Experience with requirement traceability, versioning, baselining, and change impact analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in both English and Dutch.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce.
• Experience with iServer.
• Experience with legacy-to-target transitions.
