TL;DR

Senior 3D Character Artist (AAA Game): Collaborating closely with the Art Director to deliver high-quality, game-ready character assets for a AAA photorealistic project with an accent on iterating feedback, refining assets, and contributing constructive input to art team meetings. Focus on modeling, sculpting, and texturing realistic clothing, facial features, and hairstyles using modern 3D pipelines.

Location: Hybrid in Kyiv, Ukraine. Remote work is supported for employees outside the Kyiv region.

What you will do

• Collaborate with the Art Director and stakeholders to deliver high-quality character assets.
• Iterate on feedback and refine assets to final quality.
• Contribute constructive input to art-team meetings.
• Model, sculpt, and texture realistic clothing, facial features, and hairstyles.

Requirements

• Realistic clothing creation skills (Marvelous Designer, ZBrush, 3D packages, UV tiling, baking, Substance Painter).
• Experience with Unreal Engine 5.6.
• Expert knowledge of major 3D & 2D packages (3ds Max or Maya, ZBrush, Photoshop, Substance).
• Deep technical understanding of modern pipelines, clean topology, and polished sculpts.
• Proven ability to take an approved concept to a refined 3D production level.
• Strong communication skills to interpret and implement direction.
• English: B1 level required.

Nice to have

• Realistic hair creation skills (xGen/manual cards, CG Curve workflows).
