What you will do

• Act as primary contact for HR administration and manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding).
• Prepare documentation, maintain compliant personnel files, and ensure data integrity in HRIS.
• Coordinate and oversee end-to-end payroll processing with external providers for Germany.
• Ensure compliance with German labour law, payroll regulations, and statutory deadlines.
• Provide HR advisory and support to employees through a ticketing system.
• Lead process optimization and support HR projects to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in HR Operations, with proven payroll expertise in Germany.
• Solid experience applying German labour law and HR compliance across the employee lifecycle.
• Hands-on expertise in German statutory payroll compliance (tax, social security, reporting, audits).
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal.

• Knowledge of HR processes in other EMEA countries.
