What you will do

• Deliver top-tier 3D animation exceeding established quality standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior and/or intermediate animators.
• Ensure a cohesive and seamless flow across complex sequences and challenging shots.
• Uphold the show's unique style, ensuring all animations align with the artistic vision.
• Streamline the shot approval process and implement efficient scene organization and workflows.
• Oversee shot continuity and proactively solve complex animation challenges.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of work experience in 3D animation using MAYA in a series or film production.
• Strong background as a Lead in feature or series CG character animation.
• Experience and interest in cartoony style animation.
• Ability to work within an established pipeline and use custom tools.
• Ability to understand and interpret storyboards and Director’s feedback and give direction to a team.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Nice to have

• Quadruped animation experience.
