What you will do

• Contribute to the entire development cycle of essential service platforms.
• Build reliable, secure, and high-performance services and client libraries for cloud storage backends.
• Develop product features enabling easy data storage and access for customers.
• Solve reliability problems related to Lakebase.
• Actively identify and resolve root causes of downtime.
• Help define SLIs, meet SLOs, and drive long-term reliability improvements.

Requirements

• BS degree (or higher) in Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of production level experience in Java, Scala, C++, or similar language.
• Experience developing large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience working on a SaaS platform or with Service-Oriented Architectures.
• Knowledge of SQL.
