What you will do

• Design, build, and improve product features from the ground up or by enhancing existing ones.
• Tackle complex challenges and refine solutions collaboratively within a team.
• Ensure high technical quality through comprehensive code reviews, testing, and task estimation.
• Embrace fast, iterative development principles and follow best practices.
• Utilize AI tools daily to automate tasks and boost productivity.
• Continuously learn and support the growth of other team members.

Requirements

• Hybrid work mode near office hubs in San Diego, Prague, Dublin, Nicosia, or Tallinn.
• Strong experience as a Backend Engineer with a passion for designing, building, and improving product features.
• Proficiency with Java (21), Spring, REST APIs, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and RabbitMQ.
• Solid understanding and application of Unit/integration testing and the Java web stack.
• Commitment to continuous learning, technical improvements, and shaping product plans.
