Senior Software Developer

TL;DR

Senior Software Developer: Designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions for the Reference Data Management team with an accent on new and existing applications, systems architecture, and applications infrastructure. Focus on implementing data normalization and ingestion solutions using Java, SpringBoot, and AWS services.

Location: Hybrid home/office schedule.

What you will do

• Code, test, debug, implement, and maintain software solutions, with assistance on complex tasks.
• Develop security solutions for routine to moderately complex assignments.
• Develop program logic for new applications or modify logic in existing applications.
• Modify existing internal software products to add new functions, adapt to new hardware, improve performance, or enhance usability.
• Implement and monitor system improvements to ensure successful installation and increased efficiency.
• Define a strategy for data flows to meet the requirements of the hirify.global Back office application.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• At least 6 years of experience.
• Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Sql-Server, Postgres, Microservices architecture experience, Kubernetes, Unix Commands and basic shell scripting, Gitlab and CI-CD Knowledge, Docker
• AWS developer experience and certifications
