What you will do
- Develop and execute a LATAM affiliate growth strategy aligned with company profitability targets.
- Secure and maintain top regional affiliate and media placements.
- Build and manage a high-performing LATAM team.
- Strengthen operational processes, including reporting, onboarding, and account coverage.
- Collaborate with Product, Finance, Marketing, and Compliance to optimize efficiency.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
Requirements
- Proven track record in affiliate management or digital partnerships in LATAM markets.
- Deep knowledge of regional players, influencers, and acquisition channels.
- Strong leadership experience, able to build and scale teams.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Portuguese is a strong advantage.
