What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of mid/senior frontend engineers.
• Drive architectural discussions and implementation planning.
• Own the delivery of complex, high-impact features.
• Define and maintain frontend engineering standards.
• Ensure smooth communication within and across teams.
• Be a quality gatekeeper for code.

Requirements

• 5+ years of frontend experience, with 1–3 years in a lead role.
• Solid knowledge of Vue 3, Nuxt 3, and TypeScript.
• Ability to design and scale architecture from scratch.
• Confidence with SSR, WebSockets, feature flags, and i18n.
• Product-aware mindset, understanding business goals and user needs.
• Clear communicator who provides honest, helpful feedback.

Nice to have

• A good eye for UI or background in UX/design.
• Experience with animations (CSS, GSAP, SVG, Canvas).
• Ability to balance delivery speed with technical debt.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
