What you will do

• Lead the frontend team, planning work and distributing workload.
• Design architectural solutions and contribute to building key application components.
• Work on broker integrations and external APIs, participating in designing and implementing complex scenarios.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain development quality standards.
• Develop the team through 1:1 meetings and support engineers in their technical and professional growth.
• Collaborate with other teams and take part in cross-team technical discussions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience in frontend development with complex logic.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with React.
• Experience leading a development team of 3 or more engineers.
• Experience designing the architecture of complex client-side applications.
• Understanding of browser behavior, asynchronous workflows, and performance.
• Experience writing and maintaining unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• English: C1+ for technical meetings and discussions with partners.
