Frontend Team Lead

Location: Hybrid in Tbilisi, Limassol, or Paphos

What you will do

• Lead and manage the frontend team, including work planning, workload balancing, and support with complex technical challenges.
• Design architectural solutions and contribute to core application components.
• Develop brokerage integrations and external API workflows.
• Conduct code reviews and establish engineering quality standards.
• Support team development through 1:1 meetings, mentoring, and professional guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead technical discussions with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial frontend development experience with applications containing complex business logic.
• Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills with hands-on React experience.
• Experience managing a software development team of at least 3 engineers.
• Experience designing architectures for complex client-side applications.
• Understanding of browser internals, asynchronous programming, and web performance optimization.
• Experience maintaining unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, along with strong communication and collaboration skills.
