What you will do

• Support the organization and execution of onboarding and offboarding for new employees.
• Assist with internal communication activities, content distribution, and event coordination.
• Prepare daily presence and attendance reports.
• Execute assigned HR operational tasks under the guidance of the HR Operations Team Lead.
• Update and maintain employee headcount data to ensure accuracy in the HR Dashboard.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of English language.
• Excellent knowledge of Spanish language.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
