Role Objective
As HR Manager in Serbia, you’ll ensure 100% team productivity by eliminating external stressors.
You’ll own the physical and logistical ecosystem that supports employees and their families — translating Quality of Life into Peak Performance.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Compliance
— Own end-to-end HR operations in Serbia with full compliance to Serbian labor legislation
— Manage payroll, benefits administration, and HR documentation
— Provide additional HR Ops support for other countries when required
— Maintain HR records (contracts, signatures, labor books, filings)
— Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Vendor & Administrative Management
— Manage payroll providers, immigration vendors, and insurance brokers
— Liaise with suppliers and service providers
— Support office and travel administration (upon request)
Global HR Projects
— Contribute to HR initiatives: T&D, performance management, KPIs, employer branding
— Support implementation of global HR processes
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Expertise
— 5–6 years of relevant HR experience
— Strong knowledge of Serbian labor law
— Proven experience managing payroll vendors and complex HR reporting
— Ability to refine HR policies aligned with high-performance culture
— Fluent English and German (spoken & written)

— Analytical mindset
— High attention to detail
— Ability to multitask
— Positive and constructive attitude
Nice to have
— Recruitment experience (R&D and non-R&D roles)
— Previous HR Business Partner experience (workforce planning, talent management)
