• Establish a data framework for internal tools, prioritizing high-value features and managing technical debt.
• Drive the integration of AI and emerging technologies into the publishing workflow.
• Solve complex problems to maintain alignment between business objectives and user needs.

Requirements

• Experience delivering successful products in an audience-focused, digital-first environment.
• Experience working across content curation and distribution platforms like WordPress.
• Leadership skills to foster collaboration and innovation.
• Subject matter expertise in publishing or media environments, specifically regarding newsroom processes and content planning.
• Communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and prioritize initiatives.
