TL;DR

BA Integration SAP HCM (ERP): Analyzing existing SAP HCM on-premise interfaces and writing technical interface specifications with an accent on SAP HCM interfaces and integrations. Focus on defining and executing system and integration test scenarios and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Location: Hybrid on-site in Madrid, Spain

What you will do

Analyze existing SAP HCM on-premise interfaces (flows, fields, values)
Write technical interface specifications and field mappings
Define and execute system and integration test scenarios
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live
Work closely with solution architects and integration teams

Requirements

Strong experience with SAP HCM (mandatory)
Experience in SAP integrations / interfaces
Comfortable with technical analysis and testing activities
Mid to senior level (minimum 3 years of experience)
Professional level English required (German is a plus)
