Location: Must be based in Chemnitz, Dresden, or Leipzig, Germany.

What you will do

• Act as a trusted technical and design advisor for enterprise customers.
• Translate business and technical requirements into UI/UX, styling, and frontend customization solutions.
• Enable customers to build modern, accessible, and brand-consistent applications using hirify.global configuration options.
• Design and support frontend implementations using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and modern frameworks (e.g. REST APIs, React ecosystem).
• Provide expert guidance on theming, custom CSS, layout strategies, and component- and widget-based architectures.
• Collaborate closely with Product Designers, UX Researchers, Frontend Engineers, and Customer Success Managers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in frontend development, web design, technical consulting, or equivalent SaaS experience.
• Degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Web Engineering, or comparable practical background.
• Proven experience working with enterprise customers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with hands-on experience in React and modern frontend ecosystems.
• Working knowledge of Tailwind CSS and component-based design systems.
• Business-fluent German and English communication skills.
