Location: Hybrid in Tallinn, Estonia or Berlin, Germany (minimum 2 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Own the technical vision and architect platform-agnostic infrastructure, including design tokens and Figma plugins.
• Align engineering platform teams across web, iOS, and Android around shared design system goals.
• Shape the overall design system strategy and roadmap from an engineering perspective.
• Develop and track technical metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the design system.
• Advocate for design system adoption across the broader engineering organization.
• Drive continuous improvements to the visual experience and UI shipping processes.

Requirements

• Experience working within a design system team or as a lead contributor to design system initiatives.
• Proven track record of leading engineers in complex, multi-platform cross-team projects.
• Practical experience working with multiple platforms: Web, iOS, Android, and React Native.
• Strong communication skills and a systems-thinking mindset.
• Must be based in or able to work from Tallinn or Berlin in a hybrid setup.
