What you will do
- Own full lifecycle of marketing funnels, from ideation and design through development, testing, analysis, and scaling.
- Conduct market and user research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Define, test, and refine value propositions for marketing funnels across different traffic channels.
- Generate and validate hypotheses for A/B testing based on analysis of user behavior and marketing performance data.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, engineering, design, and analytics teams to achieve business goals.
- Evaluate and implement effective monetization strategies.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in product management, product/growth marketing, user acquisition, or creative marketing.
- Experience setting tasks and communicating with development and design teams.
- Understanding of unit economics.
- User flow optimization experience.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn data & insights into actionable points.
- Creative thinking and open mind.
