Salary: $122,440.00–$232,190.00 USD (Annual)

What you will do

  • Lead memory subsystem architecture and performance optimization strategies.
  • Define comprehensive systems architecture including hardware and software integration.
  • Lead design, analysis, and implementation focusing on performance, features, and cost.
  • Deliver end-to-end technical solutions and conduct benchmark testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on next-generation requirements and innovative memory solutions.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a STEM-related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in memory subsystem optimization for ARM or RISC-V SoCs.
  • Direct system simulation experience in memory subsystem optimization.
  • Proficiency with Python or other machine learning-capable coding environments.
  • Must have US work authorization.

Nice to have

  • Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a STEM-related field.
  • Experience with EDA flows for Digital Implementation or Digital Frontend Validation.
  • Advanced research background in computer architecture or memory systems.
  • Experience with advanced memory technologies and AI/ML workload optimization techniques.
  • Experience with multi-core, heterogeneous computing architectures, and power/thermal management.
