What you will do

• Develop software in a Linux environment, preferably Ubuntu, using C/C++/Python.
• Integrate software components, applying strong Object-Oriented design experience.
• Distill software requirements from system requirements effectively.
• Apply computer vision and machine learning techniques, including deep learning approaches for object detection, tracking, and image segmentation.
• Develop Holoscan applications for Nvidia GPU platforms.
• Implement strong security concepts, including hardware root of trust and cryptographic key management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years, Master's with 2 years, or PhD with 0 years of relevant experience.
• Strong C/C++/Python and Object-Oriented design experience.
• Previous experience in software development teams with software integration responsibilities.
• Understanding of, and some experience with, computer vision and machine learning.
• Strong knowledge of security concepts (e.g., hardware root of trust, cryptographic key generation and usage).
• Must be based in Boston, Massachusetts, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with SDLC process and tools (JIRA, Git, CMake, Bitbucket, Stash, Confluence).
• Familiarity with real-time operating systems such as Yocto or JetPack.
• Previous experience developing and using APIs and architectures.
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD for continuous integration & deployment.
• Experience with software development for medical products or other safety-critical applications.
• Experience with Dicom imaging, MONAI, and Isaac Sim.
