TL;DR

Software Engineer - Data Platform (AI): Designing and scaling the next generation of workflows for data acquisition, extraction, entity resolution, ontology alignment, and mastering with an accent on data onboarding and automation. Focus on building multi-agent workflows, digital workers, and AI/distributed data-centric software.

Location: Hybrid (at least 4 days a week in office in Atlanta, Georgia, USA)

What you will do

• Acquire content from heterogeneous sources (APIs, S3, SFTP, HTTP buses) with authentication, throttling, CDC, and idempotent loaders.
• Extract structured knowledge from PDFs/HTML/DOCX/Images using OCR and layout-aware techniques.
• Train and evaluate entity-resolution models, define blocking keys, and add explainability.
• Align schemas/ontologies and contribute to LLM-assisted mapping flows with change-impact checks.
• Assemble golden records with survivorship rules, supporting SCD2 history, quality constraints, anomaly detection, and freshness SLOs.

Requirements

• BS/MS in CS, CE, EE, Math, or a related field (or equivalent project/research experience).
• Strong Python, SQL, and bash skills.
• Solid CS fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and networking/OS basics.
• Experience building AI and distributed data-centric software (from internships, research, OSS, or substantial class projects).

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic workflows and multi-agent orchestration for natural language workflows.
• Familiarity with LLM-powered enrichment (prompting, RAG, embeddings), vector stores, and evaluation.
• Exposure to distributed data systems and orchestration (e.g., Spark/Databricks, Kafka) and real-time/batch pipelines.
