What you will do

  • Partner with hiring teams to determine needs and design data-driven hiring strategies.
  • Identify, source, and attract passive talent using AI tools, social media, and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Create targeted recruiting and engagement campaigns to nurture pipeline talent.
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle and become an expert within assigned talent segments.
  • Lead sourcing strategy calls, deliver talent insights, and ensure process compliance.
  • Represent hirify.global at career fairs, job fairs, and professional events.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct search experience with demonstrated results.
  • Strong sourcing skills for both technical and non-technical roles, including AI sourcing tools.
  • Proven ability to build diverse candidate slates and champion DEI in hiring.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruiting in SaaS or digital organizations.
  • Business acumen with strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
