What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Management, Developers, and QA to align on priorities and progress.
• Iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma based on user stories and stakeholder feedback.
• Review and refine user journeys, ensuring intuitive interactions, and run usability tests to validate design decisions.
• Liaise with developers to ensure accurate design implementation and maintain consistency across the product.
• Contribute to the strategic development and governance of the design system and component library.
• Conduct user research and synthesize insights from interviews, analytics, and feedback to guide product decisions.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design for SaaS or B2B products, ideally in a data-driven organization.
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally in SaaS or enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design collaboration.
• Proven experience working closely with Product Owners and Developers in agile teams.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and agile methodologies.
• Ability to translate business and user needs into elegant, functional interfaces.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Plotly and Primevue.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript to communicate effectively with developers.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Mural, or similar for agile collaboration.
• Background in user research, usability testing, or data-informed design.
