Location: Hybrid role. Must be based in or able to work from Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary (Canada), Dublin (Ireland), or Sydney (Australia), with an expectation to be in office minimum twice per week.

Salary: $110,200–$149,000 CAD

What you will do

• Solve complex problems and provide elegant solutions for hirify.global customers within an agile team.
• Develop security features that enhance customer security and harden the hirify.global platform.
• Work with a variety of technologies and collaborate with multiple engineering teams across countries.
• Review and provide feedback on peer's code.

Requirements

• Experience in software development, specifically building web applications at scale.
• Proficiency with Ruby on Rails.
• Ability to master new technologies quickly and work effectively in dynamic environments.
• Demonstrated success in mentorship within software development, particularly with Agile processes and large-scale SaaS products.
• Experience with database optimization and large-scale systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships.
• English: B2 required.
