What you will do

• Write high-quality, efficient, and testable production code.
• Build highly available, secure distributed systems at hirify.global scale.
• Be an end-to-end technical owner of the services you build, including development, testing, and support.
• Directly contribute to planning, design, implementation, testing, operations, and process improvement as an Agile team member.
• Develop an understanding of business impact and make responsible trade-offs.

Requirements

• Experience in software development within the last 3 years, or professional, non-internship software development experience.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience (design patterns, reliability, scaling).
• Must have the legal right to work in Ireland.
• Must be a national of an EU member state.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Experience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
