What you will do

• Synchronize and improve Communications and Community team workflows to support publishing efforts.
• Support and coordinate key activities and campaigns for the Communications and Community teams.
• Establish a consistent rhythm of business and clear objectives for leadership.
• Create and maintain dynamic project tracking for all Communications and Community activities.
• Develop effective mechanisms for tracking campaign status, success metrics, and results documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience with an emphasis on entertainment and communications.
• Proven track record of successfully delivered objective-led campaigns and initiatives.
• Exceptional planning, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong understanding of media and social platform landscapes for achieving wide-scale visibility.
• Highly organized and meticulous in managing both autonomous and team-based workflows.
