What you will do

• Lead communications strategy and execution for our suite of first party games.
• Manage a high volume of live-service communications, including high-volume beats, patch/season cycles, new releases, and unplanned issues.
• Develop integrated communications plan that bring proactive awareness, community engagement, and reactive response under a consistent strategy and execution plan.
• Partner closely with product, publishing, engineering, and community teams to deeply understanding upcoming updates and translate them into clear natives for players and public media.
• Oversee reputation and crisis management across game updates, live events, and player sentiment.
• Mentor and guide a small, high performing team of communications professionals.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Communications, ideally within consumer technology, gaming, or other complex multi product environments.
• Proven success leading communications for live-service, community-driven, or fandom-based products with highly engaged user bases.
• Strong instinct for rapid response and captaining crisis management with demonstrated ability to handle evolving situations simultaneously and a fast paced environment.
• Deep fluency in internet culture, fandom behavior, and social/community dynamics.
