What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams.
• Support Product Owner on value delivery, backlog management, and user story split.
• Analyze customer business processes and initial documentation.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and demos.
• Prioritize features, manage the roadmap, and handle change requests.
• Plan, facilitate, and conduct requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of BA activities with a proven track record.
• Understanding of project techniques (APIs, microservices, headless approach).
• Experience with SEO, analytics, and accessibility.
• Practical experience in applying key BA techniques.
• Experience in customer-facing communication.
• English: Upper-Intermediate level.
