What you will do
- Learn the Gaming System and its underlying business model/processes.
- Provide high quality 3rd line Technical Support for the Gaming System to customer support, central gaming teams, partners, and engineers.
- Participate in regular configurations of the Gaming System.
- Communicate with providers and business to clarify operational requirements and conditions.
- Contribute to preparing the platform for containerization and increasing scalability.
Requirements
- Expertise in technical support, specifically 3rd line support to resolve complex product issues.
- Knowledge across backend engineering, including C# .NET, microservices, and cloud-based development.
- Frontend engineering skills, particularly with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and micro-frontend architecture.
- Experience working with QA Engineers and understanding manual and automation testing.
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
