What you will do

• Design and implement workflows on Jira and Jira Service Management for IT and business functions.
• Administer Jira and JSM instances, managing projects, users, permissions, and automation rules.
• Analyze existing processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency.
• Implement and maintain integrations with platforms like SAP and Azure.
• Automate processes and support integrations using Jira REST APIs.
• Produce technical documentation, deliver user training, and provide technical support for Jira/JSM users.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Jira and/or Jira Service Management.
• Strong expertise in workflows, permissions, notifications, and automation.
• Experience with Automation for Jira and ScriptRunner.
• Solid experience with Jira integrations and REST APIs.
• English proficiency is mandatory.
• Work setup requires being Spain-based, with a preference for 40% onsite in Madrid or occasional travel if remote within Spain.

Nice to have

• Atlassian certification.
• Proficiency in German and/or Spanish.
