What you will do
- Consolidate and improve wellness and behaviour change methodologies for customers.
- Define and implement unique training and wellness programmes for a global audience.
- Partner with Product and Content teams to build impactful wellness plans.
- Adapt training programs to cultural/regional contexts and monitor local regulations.
- Build a network of fitness, wellness, and nutrition experts.
- Initiate and manage sports campaigns and co-create projects with thought leaders.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in wellness, fitness, and behaviour change with academic and practical grounding.
- Proven strategic leadership in wellness, fitness, or digital health.
- Strong science communication skills to translate complex science into actionable guidance.
- Experience building and leading expert teams (academics, practitioners, creators).
- Fluency with digital products and content workflows using data and digital tools.
- Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Relevant professional certifications or higher degrees (Master’s/PhD) in related fields.
