What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain high-throughput Go backend services for trading data transport.
• Solve complex concurrency, reliability, and performance challenges in distributed systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of transport services.
• Participate in architectural discussions, propose solutions, and own delivery of key components.
• Write clean, tested, maintainable code and perform peer reviews.
• Help troubleshoot live issues and improve system monitoring and observability.

Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience in backend development with significant work in Go.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, high-load services, and asynchronous communication.
• Solid experience with SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and designing schemas for performance.
• Deep knowledge of concurrency patterns and performance optimization in Go.
• Comfortable with Linux environments and common DevOps practices (CI/CD, containers, observability).

Nice to have

• Experience in finance or trading domain.
