What you will do
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of approximately 7 data analysts.
- Produce analyses on acquisition, funnels, monetization, and retention to optimize CAC, payback, and ROI.
- Act as the primary data partner for Marketing, Sales, Finance, and FP&A, aligning teams on performance definitions.
- Challenge existing measurement approaches and implement frameworks to improve insight quality.
- Translate complex business questions into clear analytics roadmaps and coordinate with Analytics Engineering on data models.
- Influence and coordinate with Analytics Engineers and GPS Growth Analysts to align priorities and ensure consistent measurement.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Marketing Analytics (acquisition, SEO/SEA, funnels, retention) within a tech scale-up or B2C environment managing significant budgets.
- Proven track record of managing and coaching analytics teams, including senior profiles.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
- Strong business acumen combined with solid technical foundations (SQL, data modeling/dbt, visualization tools).
- Ambitious, pragmatic, and adaptable mindset, ready to challenge the status quo.
- Work format: Hybrid, based in Paris.
- English: B2 required.
