hirify.global is looking for a Senior 3D Environment Artist to join their team and help bring immersive, realistic game worlds to life.

What you will do

• Model, texture, and integrate in-game environments based on concepts and art direction.
• Create environments from conception (Whitebox) to define spaces, optimizing performance and visual quality.
• Keep textures and materials within technical parameters and guides.
• Contribute to keeping levels organized and handling necessary technical tasks.
• Contribute to the optimization of both data and workflow.
• Coordinate closely with design teams in the level implementation process.
• Track and fix bugs during and after creating the levels.
• Help and mentor Junior team members.

Requirements

• Mid-Senior level experience as a 3D Environment Artist.
• Ability to model, texture, and integrate in-game environments.
• Experience creating environments from conception (Whitebox).
• Understanding of technical parameters for textures and materials.
• Proficiency in optimizing game data and workflows.
• Location: Must be based in Barcelona.
• English: B2 required.
