Be part of a large-scale modernization initiative with architecture redesign and potential migration to AWS.

Lead role with full ownership: drive architecture, lead the rebuild, shape technical decisions, and play a key role in a long-term middle-office transformation.

📌 About You:
9+ years of Java programming(Java Core + multithreading).
Experience with Kafka and/or other real-time messaging systems.
Experience with Ignite and/or other mem cache frameworks.
Experience with performance tuning
Ability to work well independently and in cross-functional teams.
Experience with recovery mechanisms and exception management.
Strong analytical ability to learn independently from code / reverse engineering.
AWS - nice to have.
