We are looking for an experienced Lead Java Developer with a passion for e-commerce to join our high-performing team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about working on mission-critical systems, this could be your next big opportunity.

🔧 What you'll be doing:
 • Design and develop high-performance Java applications for fintech e-commerce systems
 • Mentor junior developers and share your expertise
 • Solve problems with clean and efficient code
 • Maintain robust CI/CD pipelines and ensure the highest code quality
 
 🧠 Your profile:
 • 10+ years of Java experience (11+), including concurrency and performance tuning
 • Experience with trading, algorithmic/e-commerce platforms
 • Deep knowledge of data structures, design principles, and system architecture
 • Strong knowledge of Linux and Git
 • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
 • Fluent in English
 
 This is a full-time hybrid position in Lisbon, Portugal, offering the opportunity to work in an international market.
